Villa 1 is a beachfront mansion in Cabo San Lucas, sitting right on Médano Beach inside Hacienda Beach Club. The resort won TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best 2024 and ranked #10 on TripAdvisor’s Top 25 Hotels in the World for 2021. You get the resort around you and a whole house to yourselves.
There are four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, so nobody draws the short straw. Every bedroom has its own TV. Outside, the infinity pool looks straight out over the bay, the hot tub sits beside it, and the Sonos system plays through the house so the playlist follows you from the kitchen to the terrace.
A private gate takes you from the villa onto the sand, and the water off Médano is calm enough for swimming most of the year. The outdoor kitchen has a proper BBQ, and dinner outside after dark is how most of our guests end up eating. If you’d rather not cook, we can arrange a private chef, and we can book private airport transfers too.
Walmart Supercenter is about five minutes away for a big grocery run, and the beach restaurants are a one-minute walk along the sand. That combination, quiet house and easy town, is why people come back.
