Getting a group to Cabo is mostly an organizing problem: who pays, who sleeps where, and how eight people get around. A Cabo villa for groups solves most of it if the house is set up right. Villa 1 sleeps eight in four bedrooms with four private bathrooms, has one big living space and a private pool, and sits within walking distance of the marina, so the group isn't stuck waiting for taxis.
Think friends' trips, multi-couple vacations, milestone birthdays and small company retreats. For bachelor and bachelorette plans, see the Cabo bachelor party villa page.
Splitting the cost (and the payment)
The nightly rate is for the whole villa, so eight people splitting it often pay less each than for a beachfront hotel room. When it's time to pay, our checkout lets you split the total across up to five cards, which solves the classic problem of one organizer's card limit. Bank wire is also accepted, with no card processing involved.
The quote you see before paying already includes the cleaning fee and Mexican taxes, so the per-person maths won't change later.
Space when you're together, privacy when you're not
The ground floor is one open space: kitchen, dining table, living room with a pool table and big TV, and doors onto the pool terrace. That's where the group ends up. When people need a break, each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV, and the downstairs bedroom has its own access to the outside.

Getting eight people around
Uber can't pick up at Los Cabos airport, and eight people with luggage won't fit in one taxi. Book a private van in advance; we can arrange transfers on request. Our airport to Médano guide has the details.
Once you're here, the marina and downtown restaurants are a walk. For dinners up the corridor, a group van or two Ubers is easiest. See getting around Cabo.
Group activities that leave from nearby
A few things work especially well for eight people splitting the cost:
- A private yacht charter to El Arco and Santa María Bay, from the marina.
- A half-day of sportfishing, then have your catch cooked for dinner.
- Golf in the corridor; see Cabo golf courses.
- A sunset cruise before dinner in town.
- A chef dinner at the villa; see villa with a private chef.
What a group day looks like
A typical day for our groups: coffee from the espresso machine on the terrace while the early risers swim. A late breakfast cooked at home, then a boat from the marina at 11 for snorkeling at Santa María Bay. Back by 3 for the pool, the hot tub and a game of pool. Showers in four bathrooms at once, a walk into town for dinner, and a taxi home. Nobody had to drive, and nobody waited for a bathroom.

Rules every group should know
The person making the booking must be at least 25 and stay for the whole trip. Only registered guests (up to eight) sleep at the villa, and day visitors need our approval. Events or gatherings beyond your group need written approval in advance. Hacienda is a residential resort, so keep noise down late at night. The full terms are on our terms and conditions page.
Feeding eight people
Groups spend a surprising amount on eating out. A common approach is breakfast at home every day, lunch at the beach or on a boat, and dinner out most nights with one or two chef dinners at the villa. The kitchen has island seating, an espresso machine and an ice machine, and there's an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. A Walmart Supercenter is about five minutes away by car, and larger warehouse stores are further up the road; see grocery shopping near Médano.
Agree on a shared kitty for groceries, drinks and tips on the first day. It saves a lot of splitting later. Tips for boat crews, chefs and guides are usually paid in cash.
