Searching Cabo San Lucas villa rentals throws up hundreds of listings, and most of them share a problem: the beach in the photos is one you can't swim at, or the villa is a 20 minute drive from anything. Villa 1 is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa inside Hacienda Beach Club & Residences, right on Médano Beach, the calm, swimmable beach on Cabo San Lucas Bay. You can walk to the marina, to dinner and to the boats.

What you get with Villa 1
About 3,200 square feet over two floors, sleeping eight: a king master suite with a balcony and jacuzzi tub, and three queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Downstairs is one open space for living, dining and the kitchen, with sliding glass doors onto the pool terrace. Guest Bedroom 1 is also downstairs with easy outside access, which matters for grandparents or anyone who would rather skip the stairs.
Outside you have a private infinity pool and a hot tub looking across the bay to Land's End, shaded loungers, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a fire feature and an outdoor shower. Inside there's a custom pool table, a Sonos system, TVs in every room, fast Wi-Fi, an espresso machine and a laundry room. A golf cart comes with the villa for getting around the resort.
Why the location matters more than the photos
Most of the Cabo coastline faces the open Pacific, where the surf and undertow make swimming dangerous. Cabo villa rental prices by season
Cabo pricing follows the weather and the holidays. The live table below reads straight from our booking engine. As a rule of thumb, late summer and early fall are the cheapest months, January through April is high season (whale season, dry and warm), and Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, spring break and Easter carry the highest rates and longer minimum stays.

Getting to the villa
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is on the far side of the Tourist Corridor, and the drive to Médano takes roughly 40 to 60 minutes on the toll road. Uber can't pick up at the airport, so book a private transfer (we arrange them on request) or rent a car. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Once you're here, you won't need a car for most of the week: the beach is out front, the marina is a walk, and Uber and taxis cover the corridor.
