The Rooftop 360

The Rooftop 360 sits on the ninth floor of Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa, a few minutes' walk north of Villa 1 along Médano Beach. The resort calls it the highest terrace in town, and from the top you really do get the full circle: Land's End and the Arch to the south, the marina and downtown to the west, and the dry hills behind town. There are infinity pools, pergolas strung with lights, and a DJ most nights.

Go for sunset. The sun drops behind the Pedregal hill, the bay turns orange, and the boats come back into the marina underneath you. It's quieter on weeknights; Thursday to Saturday it stays open until 2 AM and the music gets louder, with some nights billed as burlesque or live-band evenings. Reservations through OpenTable are recommended for sunset, but walk-ins are accepted when there's room.

The food is small plates meant to go with drinks rather than a full dinner. Recent reviewers mention the black tiradito, sushi rolls, ceviche, guacamole and brisket skewers. Cocktails are the main event, and they're priced like a resort rooftop: a July 2026 reviewer was surprised by the price of a double vodka tonic, so check the menu before you order rounds for a group. Another guest said they were charged for extra shots they hadn't asked for, so read the bill.

From the villa, walk up the beach to Corazón Cabo and take the elevator from the lobby, or come in from Calle Pelícanos on the street side. It's an easy pre-dinner stop before Chamuyo or Funky Geisha, both within a ten-minute walk. It's adult-focused in feel, though no age limit is published. If you only have one sunset drink in Cabo and you're staying on Médano, this is a better use of it than most marina bars.
