There's another La Taquiza up on the highway in El Tezal, so make sure you pick Centro.

Order tacos. Reviewers in 2026 single out al pastor, arrachera (skirt steak), shrimp and birria, and the family that called theirs the best chicken tacos in Cabo. Queso fundido, fajitas and parrillada platters are there for bigger appetites, the guacamole is made at the table, and the churros make a good finish. It's open from 8 AM until midnight (12:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays), which makes it one of the best late-night food options within walking distance of the villa after a night out on the strip. It's more polished than a street stand but still cheap, which makes it a good first taco stop for anyone nervous about street food. From the villa, walk along the marina to Puerto Paraíso and cut up to Lázaro Cárdenas. If you want to compare, Tacos Guss is on the same stretch of the boulevard and Tacos Gardenias is a short taxi inland.
