SUR Beach House is the beachfront restaurant and beach club of the Bahia Hotel & Beach House, set directly on Médano Beach, one of the few swimmable stretches of sand in Cabo San Lucas. It is more polished than the party clubs nearby: loungers and umbrellas with towel service on the sand, outdoor showers and a restaurant terrace that stays busy from morning smoothies to sunset.
The kitchen focuses on Baja coastal cooking: raw bar, ceviches, hand-rolled sushi, tacos and grilled meats, with king crab among the dishes the hotel highlights. The bar mixes craft cocktails and zero-proof drinks and pours a good range of wine, and live music accompanies sunset. SUR does not sell day passes; beach seating comes with a minimum food and drink spend that is credited to your bill.
SUR is an easy walk east from Hacienda Beach Club along Médano Beach.
