More than 60 organic crops grow on Acre's own land, in a palm grove in Ánimas Bajas, the farming valley just north of San José del Cabo. Chef David Fajardo cooks with them, pulling in global flavors around local produce and seafood. The restaurant lists a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainability in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
Honestly, we'd come for the drinks as much as the food. The bar leans on the garden (rosemary, cinnamon, hibiscus), and Colibrí Cantina on the property runs mezcal tastings. Midweek has themed nights: Taco Tuesday and a Wednesday ribs night, both from 4:30 PM. Weekend brunch comes two ways, à la carte or as a tasting menu. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diners are covered, and five private dining spaces seat groups of 16 to 48.
Acre is a short hop from Flora Farms, so pair them: brunch at one, cocktails at the other. Both are 40 to 45 minutes by taxi or car from Médano Beach. Reservations go through OpenTable.
