Greg Norman, Pacific side

Solmar Golf Links

Solmar Golf Links is Greg Norman's course in the dunes at Rancho San Lucas on the Pacific side, a few minutes up the Todos Santos highway from Cabo San Lucas.

Updated September 2026

The course

Solmar plays through dunes and desert along the Pacific, and the club says you see the ocean from every hole. It's 7,240 yards from the Black tees, par 72, with the Gold (6,831) and Blue (6,311) tees more reasonable for most. The Pacific side tends to be breezier and a touch cooler than the corridor.

The scorecard asks players to stay on the paths near the desert and dunes and warns about rattlesnakes in the native areas, so don't go deep after a lost ball.

Booking

Tee times can be booked on the club's website; rates aren't posted publicly. Note that solmargolflinks.com is not the club's site. Rancho San Lucas has also announced a second course by Ernie Els, but we have not confirmed that it's open.

Nearby, Quivira and Diamante are also on the Pacific side, though both have restricted access.

Getting to Solmar Golf Links from Villa 1

About 15 km from Villa 1, 20 to 25 minutes: through Cabo San Lucas and north on Highway 19 toward Todos Santos to Rancho San Lucas (the course lists its address as km 120 of that highway).
