What to book
The treatments with the most local character are the Four Hands Mezcal Massage (two therapists at once) and the Flor de Luna body ritual, a full-body exfoliation with a pitaya and moonflower sugar scrub. The Las Ventanas Collection strings together a body polish, a botanical bath and a massage in one longer session inspired by Baja traditions.

Facilities
Separate men's and women's locker rooms have their own relaxation areas, sauna and steam rooms, and there are hot and cold plunge pools. The resort also has Pilates and yoga studios and a fitness center. Robes, sandals and toiletries are provided, so you only need yourself and your booking.
Arrive 15 minutes early; late arrivals lose treatment time rather than pushing the schedule. Treatments in your suite are possible for hotel guests at a surcharge.

Rosewood does not list spa prices or an outside-guest policy online. Call +1 844 207 8694 or email the spa team with your dates to check both. This is one of the most expensive resorts in the region, and spa pricing matches.
Getting there from Villa 1
Las Ventanas is at about Km 19.5 of the Transpeninsular Highway, closer to San José del Cabo than to Cabo San Lucas. From Médano Beach allow about 30 minutes by taxi, Uber or private driver, a bit more in the late-afternoon traffic. The gate will ask for your reservation.

Who it suits
Couples marking an anniversary or honeymoon, and anyone who wants a polished, formal spa with long opening hours. If all you want is a good massage, there's no need to drive half an hour for it: the Hacienda Beach Club spa is next to the villa.
