Cabo Events in March 2027

Near-perfect weather and the busiest month of spring, with spring break, the San José fiestas and Holy Week all stacked together.

Spring break fills Médano Beach and the marina bars through the first weeks of March. Around March 19, the feast of San José, San José del Cabo holds its Fiestas Tradicionales with rides, concerts and food stalls; the 2026 edition ran March 18 to 22, and the 2027 dates weren't announced when we checked.

Semana Santa runs March 21 to 28, 2027 (Easter is March 28). Mexican families head to the beach for the week, so expect full beaches and busy roads, especially Thursday to Sunday. Our Cabo San Lucas vs San José del Cabo guide helps if you want the quieter side of the Cape.

The weather is about as good as Cabo gets: dry, sunny, low 80s. Whales are still around, with calves active, though numbers taper toward the end of the month.
