Our favorite month for a stay: the heat breaks, the sea is still warm, and there's a big event almost every week.

November 2026 in Los Cabos

November opens with Día de Muertos on the 1st and 2nd, when altars go up in plazas and families visit the cemeteries. The Cabo Tuna Jackpot fishes November 5 and 6, and the PGA TOUR's World Wide Technology Championship plays El Cardonal at Diamante the same week, November 5 to 8. Then the SCORE Baja 1000 off-road race brings its 59th edition to San José del Cabo, November 9 to 15.

The second half is calmer, with the Revolution Day parade around November 20 and US Thanksgiving on November 26, one of the busiest weeks of the fall for American families. Sea turtle releases run all month at dusk, and the San José del Cabo Thursday art walk season is under way.

Humidity drops through the month, highs sit in the mid 80s and hurricane season ends November 30. For swimming off Médano, early November water is about as good as it gets. The Cabo golf courses are in great shape too.
